Rooted in the wild beauty of the Kootenays and grounded on Alberta soil since 2001, I am a mother, a space holder, and a guide walking alongside this community in Langdon. Raising two teenagers while spending over two decades supporting children with special needs has shaped my deep belief that every soul carries its own wisdom—sometimes it just needs the right environment to unfold.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed the quiet exhaustion weaving through families, educators, and caregivers ...hearts giving endlessly while slowly becoming depleted. Like the earth itself, we are not meant to give without nourishment. We are cyclical beings. We need rest, support, and space to root back into ourselves.
My path, guided by a “hippy at heart” spirit, has led me into the healing rhythms of Reiki, the resonance of crystal sound bowls, the grounding beat of shamanic drumming, and the profound depths of 9D Breathwork. These practices have reconnected me to something ancient and true... within myself and within the collective.
Through this work, I’ve learned to soften, to listen, and to move energy in a way that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner safety. It has transformed how I show up: as a partner, a mother, an educator, and a facilitator and how I hold space for others walking their own healing paths.
Soil & Soul Breathwork is more than a practice ... it is a return. A return to breath, to body, to earth, and to self.

My years walking alongside children and families within the education system revealed something deeper than what could be seen on the surface. I began to feel that I was offering temporary relief... like tending to leaves while the roots beneath the soil remained unseen and unsupported.
Within a system shaped by pressure and rigid expectations, I witnessed how easily emotions and behaviors are labeled or silenced. Yet beneath those expressions are nervous systems seeking safety, hearts holding unprocessed experiences, and souls longing for connection. Many are moving through life without the tools to regulate, release, or truly understand what they carry.
As our connection to community, land, and one another has thinned, a quiet loneliness has taken root. Disconnection has become its own kind of suffering, showing up as overwhelm, hopelessness, and emotional fatigue. This wasn’t just something I observed in others; it echoed within my own life as well.
Despite exploring talk therapies and natural healing paths, I could feel there was something deeper calling, something at the root. A layer of “unfinished work” that left me feeling exposed, untethered, and searching for solid ground.
It was through 9D Breathwork that I found a way back in.
A way to gently access the subconscious, to listen to the body’s stored stories, and to begin unwinding patterns held beneath awareness. Like turning the soil and allowing what’s buried to breathe, this work created space for profound shifts, guiding me toward greater resilience, presence, and hope as a mother and as a human.
From this place, my mission has grown into something living and breathing.
I am here to support children, families, educators, and professionals in remembering their capacity to heal, regulate, and reconnect.

9D Breathwork is a groundbreaking approach to wellness and healing that leverages the most advanced aspects of Breathwork, enriched with a multi-dimensional sound experience. For sessions at home and online, lay down on a bed, yoga mat, sofa or any other comfortable surface. Ideally, a spot free from any distractions. Put on a set of headphones or earbuds to get the best sound experience. If you don't have any, you can also use normal speakers. If you have one, an eye mask or a towel to cover your eyes is a great addition. Try not to eat a heavy meal 2-4 hours prior to your session, and keep hydrated.
For sessions in person, arrive 15 minutes before the session begins to get settled, set up and use the washroom if needed. Try not to eat heavy meals within 2 - 4 hrs prior to the session
For in person or online sessions, plan in some time after the session to integrate. Our facilitator will be available to connect if needed.
You should feel a noticeable change after the session. Many people describe feeling “lighter,” experiencing relief, peace, serenity, or the absence of negative feelings like dread or frantic energy.
Any positive change indicates the practice is working. It may take a few days to notice an emotional difference, but trust the process, you will feel better.
There have been 11,000 studies on Breathwork with no side effects noted. If you have any of these contraindications, please collaborate with your facilitator BEFORE your session to adapt and accommodate the breathing techniques for your ultimate success:
* Cardiovascular Concerns
* Epilepsy or history of seizures
* Breathing limitations (asthma etc)
* Mental Wellness (bipolar, schizophrenia etc.)
* Recent surgeries or severe medical diagnosis
* Pregnancy - it is highly recommended to only participate in down regulating sessions, or wait until 6 weeks post birth to participate.
